Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@teencaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
